IASTM therapy stands for "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation", which means the mobilization of soft tissue using a special metal instrument. This technique is combined with other manual techniques and physiotherapy equipment. IASTM therapy is used for complex pain and soft tissue injuries with hard scars.
Metal devices make it easier to access the damaged area and, by sliding the metal over the skin, we achieve the desired positive response of the soft structures.
Physiological effects on our body:

Indications for pain in:
- knee due to patellar ligament tendinitis, bursa inflammation, meniscus injury
