These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (»General Terms and Conditions«) govern the relationship between you and FIZIO A doo, with registered address and business address at Kajuhova ulica 38, 6310 Izola, in relation to the use of the website fizioterapija-izola.si and any subpages of this website (»Website«).

In addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the website, we ask that you also familiarize yourself with the Privacy Policy, which defines the method of collecting and using your data, and the Cookie Policy, which discloses which cookies we collect and for what purposes.

The agreement between you and FIZIO A doo is therefore strictly a service contract relating to the provision of a technical solution. FIZIO A doo is therefore not responsible for the type or quality of advice or other healthcare services that/if provided within the video meeting.

The purpose of the Website is to provide information about and in relation to FIZIO A and the services provided by FIZIO A. All content published on the Website and the provision of advice are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice and/or practice.

If, based on information received from the user, a doctor, healthcare professional or partner assesses that there may be an immediate threat to life or the need for emergency medical assistance, they will direct the user to the competent healthcare service or to the telephone number 112. In such a case, the user is entirely responsible for taking appropriate action. The healthcare professional is entirely responsible for the professionalism and quality of the advice provided to the user. Advice and services are based on the question posed by the user and information about the symptoms that the user provides in connection with the problem. The advice provided in this way does not constitute a diagnosis or medical opinion and activity.

2. Access to and use of the Website

Access to and use of the Website is permitted only in accordance with and under the conditions set forth in these General Terms of Use, our privacy policy, cookie policy, and other relevant provisions of applicable law.

The user is solely responsible for the information that he submits in or through the application or via a video call and consequently assumes all responsibility for his content.

You agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content that you submit to us. FIZIO A does not control User Content and does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity or quality. You agree that FIZIO A is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your reliance on such information.
